Associate Operations Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities
· Coordination and execution of plant maintenance activities
· Oversee compressor station operations and field operations contractors
· Manage maintenance program and spare parts procurement
· Monitor construction
· Organize and manage operational and emergency response plans and procedures
· Implement preventative maintenance and mitigative system measures

Minimum Qualifications
· Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Technology or Engineering, or related experience in compressor station/stationary equipment operations and maintenance
· Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel locally throughout the day
· Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
· Availability to provide support to off-hour emergency situation
· Ability to learn and execute corporate maintenance programs
· Exceptional time management skills, and ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
· Ability to interface well with others, and communicate with supervisors, customers, and field personnel
· Demonstrated supervisory capability and the ability to quickly solve problems
· Strong Computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Technology, Engineering, or related field
· At least 5 years experience in the natural gas industry
