• Office Administrator

    Full-Time | Non-Exempt | In-Office
    Salary: $38,000–$40,000 annually
    Barrow-Civic Theatre is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations, bookkeeping and patron services in our nonprofit theatre environment.
    Primary Responsibilities
    Office Administration

    • Answer and manage office phone communications
    • Greet and assist theatre patrons, volunteers, and visitors
    • Maintain schedules, calendars, and administrative records
    • Assist with general office operations and clerical duties
    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
    • Support theatre staff, volunteers, and production teams as needed
    • Assist with front-of-house operations during performances and events
    • Support fundraising efforts, donor relations, and community engagement activities


    Bookkeeping & Financial Operations

    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Process deposits, invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments
    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
    • Reconcile box office and daily sales reports
    • Monitor cash flow and financial tracking
    • Process payroll and payroll tax reporting
    • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and annual reporting
    • Work collaboratively with the Director of Operations and Finance Committee
