Forest & Flow with Emily and Ashleigh
Step outside, slow down, and reconnect.Join us for Forest & Flow—a guided outdoor experience combining movement, nature, and education. Emily will lead a scenic hike around Clark’s Summit, joined by special guest, Forester Beth from Hickman Woods, who will share insight on the local vegetation and surrounding ecosystem along the way. Once we make our way back to the summit, Ashleigh will guide a 45-minute yoga flow overlooking the beautiful landscape.We’ll meet and depart at 11:00 AM. Expect around a 2-hour experience.Ages 16+ only. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water.
