    Child Development Centers, Inc. has partially opened six of its facilities in Venango and Crawford counties, including Oil City, Hasson Heights, Franklin School-Age, Franklin Infant-Toddler, Cranberry and Willow.     Restrictions:

    ·         Not currently accepting children below the age of 12 months

    ·         Parents/guardians are not permitted to freely walk through centers

    ·         Any adult who does have to enter the center must wear a mask and pass a screening at the door, including a temperature check, use of hand sanitizer and answering simple screening questions about possible exposure to COVID-19.

    All Seasons Temporaries, Inc. is currently open in the Franklin location Mon, Tue, and Thu, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fri, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Their office is following required protocols with set up and cleaning.  Masks are preferred and will be worn by staff members.

    Paoletta Counseling Services (with offices in Mercer and Franklin) is classified as a life-sustaining business. We are authorized to keep our doors open for in-person client visits and to offer telehealth/telemed (phone or video) -- with our therapists and with our board-certified Psychiatrist, Ronald McFadden MD.     Christ United Methodist Church continues to do worship every Sunday morning, live at the church, but not with in-person gatherings. Services can be viewed on Spectrum Cable channel 1024 Sundays at 8:15am, 9:35am, and 11:00am, or on YouTube anytime through website christchurchfranklin.com.

    The Venango County Association for the Blind has re-opened to provide needed services like medical transportation, bill pay, grocery shopping and banking. Phone lines are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with lunch hour 11:30 and to 12:30 pm). Group meetings will not be resumed in person just yet; however, we are looking at creating conference calls available to continue this service. Prevention services remain on hold until other facilities and schools pick up operations. We are taking calls to schedule future screenings closer to July.
