Part-time Boutique Sales Associate

We are a small, close-knit boutique located at 1264 Liberty St Franklin and are looking for a friendly face to join our growing team. If you have a fun, bubbly nature and an outgoing personality, we’d love to hear from you!
** Key Responsibilities:**
* Create engaging social media posts  Must be able to create Tik Toks and reels 
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers is required
*Be able to meet monthly goals
*Operate opening and closing of store
*Handling day to day tasks
** Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:**
* Outgoing, approachable, bubbly, positive and confident personality (must not be afraid to get outside your comfort zone)
* Strong communication, motivated, and able to work independently
* Comfortable in front of the camera and have social media skills
*Excellent customer service
*Must be available 11-6 during the week (right now we are open Tuesday-Friday 11-6 and Saturdays 10-3 Saturday’s are covered)  and other hours during events and holidays. In June and July we are open until 7 on Wednesdays.    (We are hiring for 7-15 hours a week hours may increase during events and holidays)
