Program Director-Individual & Family Counseling

Family Service & Children’s Aid Society employs the position of Program Director to provide individual and family therapy and casework services to assist individuals in attaining a more satisfactory social, economic, emotional, or physical adjustment to their current situation. The Program Director also provides oversight for the Individual & Family Counseling Program, including outpatient therapy, the Student Assistance Program, and Offender Services.
The work schedule is based on a 37.5 hour workweek. This position is based out of the main office located in Oil City but may include possible travel or even reassignment to other locations within the agency based on program needs.
This position reports directly to the Clinical Director with formal individual supervision being held on a regular basis and informal supervision being available on an ongoing basis. This position also reports indirectly to the Chief Executive Officer of Family Service & Children’s Aid Society.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Abilities:· Licensure in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
· Proficient computer knowledge of MS Office Word & Excel.
· Proficient written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Acts 33, 34, & 73 clearances, valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Approval as a provider with managed care and private insurance companies.
· 5+ years’ related experience; AND the above education requirements.
