    The YWCA of Oil City is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about strengthening communities, building partnerships, and advancing the YWCA's mission of empowering women and eliminating racism.

    As Executive Director, you will serve as the chief executive officer of the organization, working closely with the Board of Directors to provide strategic leadership while overseeing daily operations, financial management, staff leadership, grant development, fundraising, membership growth, and community engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Provide strategic leadership and overall organizational management.

    · Supervise, mentor, and support a team of approximately 13 part-time employees.

    · Develop and manage the annual budget and oversee the organization's financial operations.

    · Lead grant writing, reporting, fundraising, and donor stewardship efforts.

    · Collaborate with the Board of Directors to implement strategic goals and organizational priorities.

    · Maintain and grow membership through community outreach and engagement.

    · Build and strengthen partnerships with businesses, community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders.

    · Ensure high-quality programs and services that meet community needs.

    · Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, grant requirements, and organizational policies.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    · Demonstrated leadership and management experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization.

    · Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

    · Experience with grant writing, fundraising, and donor relations.

    · Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

    · Ability to work collaboratively with a volunteer Board of Directors.

    · Passion for community service and nonprofit leadership.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Full-time, exempt position that includes; sick and vacation time and a retirement plan.
