    Customer Service Position – Barr’s Insurance

    A partial list of duties includes:
    • Provides a warm welcome to visitors.
    • Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls in a professional manner.
    • Assists with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and preparing documents for meetings.
    • Provide clerical support by organizing, typing and taking payments.
    • Provide support for customers and internal team members.
    Basic computer skills and experience required to take customer payments, generate responses to inquiries and reply to routine correspondence.
    Requirements include:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Office experience
    • Ability to contribute positively as part of a team
    • Strong verbal communication skills
    • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software
    • Active PA Property & Casualty License preferred must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed
    Typical Schedule is 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
