Donor Operations Supervisor

Community Blood Bank is looking for a Donor Operations Supervisor to help lead our Donor Collections team.What you’ll do:• Lead, coach and train Donor Collections staff and Team Leaders• Assist with hiring, evaluations and employee development• Manage staff scheduling and daily collection operations• Perform donor screening, phlebotomy, apheresis and other collection procedures as needed• Help ensure quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance• Coordinate supplies, vehicles and other operational needs• Serve as a leadership resource when the Manager, Donor Collections is unavailableEvery day, our team works to provide lifesaving blood products to patients throughout our communities.
