PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with Distribution’s implementation of the Company’s energy efficiency programs that include hybrid heating systems, demand response, and building weatherization programs
· Assist with development and implementation of the various programs’ emission performance monitoring, data collection and evaluation
· Prepare various emission related reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory agencies
· Support Distribution’s Emission Manager’s other emission responsibilities, including EPA and Corporate ESG reporting. Develop testimony and exhibits for regulatory agency filings as needed
· Assist with evaluating emerging federal and State emission regulations, including EPA Subpart W and NY Cap & Invest
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· A business or technical degree related to business or engineering
· Self-motivated with ability to multi-task
· Strong written, verbal communication and analytical skills, as well as organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and within inter and intra departmental teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Understanding and experience with utility operations and related emissions

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000.
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
