Field Sales Project Manager

We’re looking for driven Project Managers to join our team and serve customers across Northwestern PA, including Meadville, Conneaut Lake, Cochranton, Franklin, and surrounding communities.
About This Role:

• Base Salary + Commission Six-figure earning potential with commission that increases as you reach established sales benchmarks. Paid industry-specific training included
• Leads Provided You won’t start from zero. Shell provides leads while giving you the opportunity to build your own business through referrals, networking and other activities
• Own Your Projects Manage your customer relationships and projects from the initial consultation through completion while working closely with homeowners, crews and our team
• Experience Is Encouraged. Drive Matters More. Sales, construction, roofing, remodeling or project management experience is a plus, but not required
• Be Comfortable in the Field Meet with homeowners, inspect properties and safely access residential roofs to evaluate exterior conditions
• Take Ownership Manage multiple projects, communicate clearly and make sure each job meets Shell’s standards
