  • Executive Assistant/Administrator

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for clerical and general office duties for the Executive Directors and the committees of both organizations. In addition, he/she will assist in managing ongoing projects for both organizations and the daily functions of the Boards and their memberships, as well as other related duties 

    Duties:
    Clerical:
    ● Prepare drafts and final copy for correspondence, minutes, and other documents as needed
    ● Schedule appointments and meetings for Executive Director and committees as requested
    ● Maintain accurate records and files of activities, programs, meetings, membership activities
    ● Maintain accurate personnel records, and work to ensure that information concerning worked or benefit hours is correct.
    ● Respond to requests for information by preparing and mailing appropriate material
    ● Attend board meetings and other meetings as required.
    ● Coordinate events and projects Bookkeeping:
    ● Maintain accurate records of billing and deposits
    ● Send out dues invoices and other membership information
    ● Report monthly and as needed financial information
    Marketing:
    ● Maintain social media pages and websites for both organizations
    ● Prepare marketing materials for events and disseminate to the appropriate people
    ● Work with the Directors to make sure the kiosk(s) are up-to-date with advertising and information

    Qualifications:
    ● High school diploma
    ● Some college preferred
    ● Written and verbal communication skills
    ● Organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
    ● Interpersonal skills
    ● Knowledge of word-processing, database management
    ● Knowledge of QuickBooks
