Front Counter Lead

Stiller’s Meats & Smokehouse is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team at the front counter.

Full-Time Position

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and taking initiative throughout the day.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers as they walk in the door
• Help customers and answer questions about our products
• Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers
• Work in the front kitchen preparing sandwiches for lunch and dinner orders
• Keep front inventory stocked and organized
• Keep the front area clean and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys being a go-to person when things need handled
• Strong reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Good communication and a positive attitude with customers
• Ability to stay productive and focused throughout the shift

You’ll be a key part of keeping the front of the store running smoothly throughout the day.
