    The Financial Administrator serves as the Fiscal Lead, managing day-to-day financial operations – including bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking –to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial health. This role analyzes financial data, assists with budgeting, and provides recommendations to management.

    Key responsibilities:
    · Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank statements, and maintain the general ledger.
    · Cash forecasting
    · Balance accounts and Investigate accounting discrepancies.
    · Process payroll and ensure tax compliance for 50 employees.
    · Enrolling and Disenrolling employees with benefits, payroll deductions and tracking of benefits.
    · Prepare and review financial reports for management.
    · Assist with budgeting and monitor departmental expenditures.
    · Ensure regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits.
    · System maintenance: Maintaining financial data within Quickbooks and Excel.
    · Capital assets reconciliations
    · Assist in developing internal control procedures.
    · Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
    · Communicate weekly with the CEO regarding financial status.

    Education and Experience:
    · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
    OR
    · Associate degree in accounting or business plus 2 years experience
    OR
    · High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 5 years experience

    Skills required:
    · Advanced Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
    · Analytical abilities: high attention to detail for handling numerical data.
    · Communication: interacting with vendors, employees and Senior Management
    · Organization: managing, filing, and updating financial documents
    · Have a strong understanding of fiscal policy
    · Accurate, systematic bookkeeping skills
