For the 2024-2025 School Year: (2 positions available) Under the guidance of the Child Care Director, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the organization, delivery, and quality of youth activities during the after school hours. All Youth Supervisors are expected to perform the following functions: Promotes and incorporates the YMCA four core values and character development model Constant supervision of all youth in the program during after school hours (2:30-5:30pm) Enforces rules and regulations
