Miller-Sibley Pool - Daily passes and summer passes are now half price; Sunday through Friday 1:00-6:00PM; Saturdays noon - 6:00PM; Free swim lessons; free adult exercise classes; rentals; call the Y for further information; the pool will close for the season August 17.
Youth Flag Football League - held at Miller-Sibley Park; registration deadline is September 4; for youth in grades Kindergarten through third; season runs from September 9 through October 2; games on Monday and Wednesday evenings; participants receive a team shirt.
Youth Fall Soccer - registration open until August 30; season runs from September 3 to October 1; for youth ages 3-8; divided into two age groups.
Ultimate Sportsman’s Raffle - Saturday, August 10 at Camp Coffman; gates open at 2:00PM; food, raffles, prizes; proceeds benefit four local YMCAs; tickets are $20 and can be purchased at any local YMCA.
Summer Stroke Clinics - For swimmers between the ages of 5 - 18; breaststroke in August; includes starts, turns, finishes, and drills.
SilverSneakers Splash - Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30; held in the big pool; free for Y members; nonmembers pay $5 per class; no swimming ability needed.
Open Gym - Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:00-9:00PM and Fridays 2:30-8:00PM. $3 daily for youth or $16/month.
Piloga - Mondays at 9:40am; combination of Pilates and Yoga with a little Tai Chi.
Beginner Pound Fit - Thursdays at 6:40. Cardio-jam drumming session uses lightly weighted RipStix; focus on technique, coordination and conditioning.
Boot Camp - Mondays at 6:30PM; participants move through a circuit of cardio and strength stations.
