    Event Description:
    Free summer lunches for youth at 11:30.
    SilverSneakers Splash - Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30; held in the big pool; open to all Y members; nonmembers cost is $5.00 per class; no swimming ability is needed.
      Warm Water Exercise - Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2:30 or 5:30PM; held in the therapy pool.

    Miller-Sibley Pool - Sunday through Friday 1:00-6:00PM; Saturdays noon - 6:00PM; Free swim lessons on Saturday mornings; free adult exercise classes on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings; rentals, daily passes and summer passes are available; call the Y for further information.
    Sports of All Sorts Day Camp - Session 2 is July 9-11; held at Miller Sibley Park from 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM; for youth ages 7-12; bring a sack lunch and swimming suit/towel daily.

    YMCA Soccer Camp - June 25 - 27 at Miller-Sibley Park for youth ages 7 to 12; camp held from 9:00AM - 3:00PM; bring swimming suit and sack lunch daily.  Need 12 campers to hold this camp.
    Summer Saturdays - The 2nd Saturday of the month is POUND Fit and the 4th Saturday is RIPPED.  There are no classes on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays until September.  RIPPED is also held Fridays at 9:40 AM.  Pound Fit is also held on Mondays at 5:15 PM.
    Summer Swim Team - Open to any swimmer between the ages of 5 - 18; team runs from June 17 - August 9; swimmers divided according to age.
    Summer Stroke Clinics - Open to any swimmer between the ages of 5 - 18; backstroke clinic held in June; includes activities like starts, turns, finishes, and drills.
    YMCA Junior Knights Tackle Football - for students going into grades 4-6 in the fall; registration held from 5:00PM - 6:30PM June 19; athletes must be present for sizing; season begins August 5 and ends in October; coaches needed.  
    Freedom from Smoking — 8 free weekly smoking cessation classes run by the American Lung Association; register at the YMCA or email sconn@grovecityymca.org; no YMCA membership necessary; 8 people needed to run this class.
    MBA - Moving Beyond Ability — an exercise program geared to counter deterioration of functional abilities in individuals with movement disorders; work one-on-one with a Certified Health Fitness Specialist at individual's convenience.
