Wild Game and Beer Pairing Dinner

Wanango Country Club will hold a Wild Game and Beer Pairing Dinner hosted by North Country Brewing Company on Wednesday, January 19, at 6 p.m. cocktail hour, dinner starts at 7 p.m.

Courses include Quail Poppers, Antelope Chili, Iceberg Wedge Salad with Pulled BBQ Wild Boar, Venison Sirloin Steak, and Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler. Each course will be paired with a specially selected beer.
