- Ale'd pork and sauerkraut : slow roasted pulled pork in ale with traditional sauerkraut

- Stuffed paupiettes of sole with chive sauce : thin roll of sole wrapped around a salmon and crab stuffing

- Maple glazed carrots

- Colcannon : mashed potatoes with cabbage

- Chocolate Stout Cake

- Oatmeal apple crumble with whiskey cream sauce
