Summer Kids Workshops at Museum
Mondays at the Venango Museum of Art, Science & Industry this summer are for kids.
Beginning on June 16 and lasting until August 5, each Monday will feature workshops for children ages 8 to 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.- Music Workshops: June 16, 23 and 30
- STEM Workshops: July 7 and 14, August 4
- Art Workshops: July 21 and 28, August 11
Each workshop session is different and will feature hands-on activities and projects.
The art workshops will explore projects/activities related to different art mediums, while our music workshops will feature activities related to music, movement, and instruments.
The STEM workshops will include various STEM and/or robotics projects. All workshops will be led by local instructors and elementary school teachers.
Children may attend as many of the workshops as they’d like. The cost is $20 per child per workshop session. Lunch is provided.
Registration is limited. Sign up a child by calling the museum’s front desk at 814-676-2007.
