About the instructor, Gina Clark. She grew up in Knox and teach 7/8 grade reading at Keystone. The students asked for her to host a mindful club at school so she took a course in Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction & started a little business, Reclaim, to try to help people reduce stress
and live the happy, empowered lives they were meant to!
