Randy Moorehead, a native of Oil City, was Franklin's 2016 "Taste of Talent" vocal contest champion and has performed in a variety of formats at many different venues over the years. He covers music from classic rock to 90's alt to country. You will hear music from Pink Floyd, Sublime, Bob Seger, Johnny Cash, the Foo Fighters and many more!
