Dignitary Ticket - $100 - Early Event Entry, Four Drinks Included, Free Caricature
All event proceeds benefit the Oil Region Library Association and its programming through both branches and their online database.
Tickets can be purchased at Oil City & Franklin libraries beginning Monday, August 10th.
