Charcuterie Made Easy Class

Learn to put together a charcuterie board with The Olive Vault's Charcuterie Made Easy class from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 11 at the store.

All components of the board will be provided and build a delicious gourmet charcuterie board while learning the whys and the hows of charcuterie. A free glass of wine will be provided and there will be a discussion of wine pairings. There will also be time to shop.
The cost is $36 per person.
