Annual Meeting - Barrow Civic Operetta Association

The Franklin Civic Operetta Association invites you to our Annual Meeting & Reception on March 31, 2026. The evening will begin with a reception at 6:00 PM, followed by the annual meeting.

This year’s gathering is especially meaningful as we also will be honoring outgoing Executive Director Zachary Covington and celebrate all he has accomplished during his time with FCOA. His impact on our organization and community has been tremendous, and we hope you’ll join us in recognizing his contributions.
