You'll be guided through a grounding\, all-levels flow designed to help you slow down\, connect to your breath\, and fully take in the experience around you.\n\nTo close the evening\, Savasana will include a soundbath with singing bowls led by Crystal\, creating a deeply calming and immersive finish.\n\nThis class is more than just movement. 100% of proceeds go directly to VARHA\, a nonprofit organization providing equine-assisted therapy for children and adults\, helping build confidence\, develop life skills\, and support emotional healing.
