DESCRIPTION:The OC&T Railroad will host its annual WWII Remembrance Weekend Friday\, June 18 through Saturday\, June 19\, 2021. \n\nFriday's festivities will include a 6 p.m. Remembering WWII ceremony - honoring those who served. Honor guard\, speaker\, music and proclamation\, refreshments following the ceremony. Reserved seating for WWII vets. Free and open to the public. \n\nSaturday\, station opens at 9 a.m. Encampment at Perry Street Station (free to the public)\, 1940s era displays and chance raffle\, 1 p.m. German Train departs (fee for train ride)\, battle and skirmishes along the way. 4 p.m. Allied Train returns. \n\n\n\nReservations required for train rides: (814) 676-1733.
