DESCRIPTION:The Franklin Public Library will hold a Teddy Bear Picnic for children ages 2-4 on Saturday\, September 24 at the Cooperstown Fairgrounds. Join us on our front lawn from 10:30-12:30 for this exciting and free event. Bring your favorite stuffed animal or doll and enjoy stories\, songs\, and games\, as well as a "beary" delicious lunch. All children will receive a bag of age appropriate books and toys chosen to develop early literacy skills. Space is limited\, so reservations are a must! Please call 814-432-5062 today to register. In case of rain\, picnic will be held inside the library. We can't wait to see you!\n\n\n\nThe event is made possible by funds from the Venango Area Community Foundation\, an affiliate of the Bridge Builders Community Foundations.
