The seminar entitled "Realtors' Rights and Responsibilities under the Fair Housing Act" is an opportunity for realtors to keep informed about fair housing laws and practices and provide equal professional service to any prospective client\, customer\, or resident of our community. The program\, being held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m in the Venango County Court House Annex\, Room 100\, features special guest speaker Keirstyn Marcucci\, who is an attorney at Southwest Pennsylvania Legal Services. The program is a collaborative effort between the City of Franklin Community Development Department\, City of Oil City Community Development Department\, Venango County Planning Commission\, Housing Authority of City of Franklin\, and the Oil City Housing Authority.
