DESCRIPTION:THe Venango Museum of Art\, Science\, and Industry is hosting a Parent/Child Oil Camp led Laura Reasoner Jones every Saturday in March from 10 AM to 12 PM.\n\nWeek 1:OIl History - See Museum exhibits\, do a scavenger hunt\, design a T-shirt\, examine what is under your house.\n\nWeek 2: Science of Oil - Identify types of coal\, make coal flowers\, do core sampling\, talk about seeping stones.\n\nWeek 3: Art and Oil - Observe and use microscopes to see crystals\, oil and water painting\, learn how you can clean up oil spills.\n\nWeek 4: Trip to an oil field site\n\n\n\nSnacks will be provided each week.
