DESCRIPTION:Tune in to learn more about this contest\, which runs through July 1\, 2020.\n\nWe're looking for great ideas for new trail-related businesses or expansions of existing businesses that will serve nature based outdoor recreational users.\n\nThe Oil Region Alliance of Business\, Industry & Tourism's Get on the Trail Business Plan Contest seeks to award up to $5\,000 to a business or individual who has an idea to provide services to nature-based outdoor recreation users in the Oil Region.\n\nThis virtual event is free to attend.\n\nThose interested should e-mail jgorman@oilregion.org to make a reservation.\n\nThe application period for the contest will remain open until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday\, July 1\, 2020. Contestants will be required to submit a concept paper along with their application. Finalists will be selected from those submitted concept papers. All finalists will be required to submit a full business plan and give a presentation to a panel of judges.
