DESCRIPTION:Sparkling Ice Art will Grace Fountain Park\n\n\n\nThe Franklin Fine Arts Council will sponsor Franklin On Ice Showcase on Saturday\, February 6. This year will be a little different as we make our way through this pandemic. This year there will be no carving onsite and no timed carving competition. However\, Sparkling Ice Art by our friends from DiMartino Ice will grace Fountain Park! Stroll through the park beginning at 10 AM on Saturday.\n\n\n\nThere will also be a new twist this year with a Signature Soup and Chili Competition. The competition will be held throughout the 1200 block of Liberty at the various restaurants. Tickets will be available at Edward Jones. Proceeds from the ticket sales will be divided amongst the downtown restaurants to help defray costs of materials during this pandemic year. This event is sponsored in cooperation with the Franklin Retail Association.\n\nFOI audiences can also "Warm Up Inside with Indoor Sidewalk Sales" at the downtown retail businesses. Information on all the downtown retail happenings will be available at Edward Jones. Many of our unique stores will have great ideas for gifts for your Valentines.\n\nSaturday evening enjoy a great meal or take-out at one of the popular downtown restaurants. And do not miss an evening stroll to enjoy the beautiful ice sculptures lit up by our friends from Drayer Electric. \n\n It's a fun weekend in FRANKLIN\, PA where it's ALWAYS EVENTFUL!
