DESCRIPTION:Members of the Oil City High School Choral Ensembles will perform at First Presbyterian Church in Franklin as part of the Franklin Light-Up Night festivities. The groups will perform a variety of Concert and Holiday music\, and will feature the Oil City High School Rhapsody in Blues\, Women's Quartet: The Checkers\, and Men's Quartet: Fourtified.\n\nThey are also providing free hotdogs\, cocoa and restrooms to the public.
