DESCRIPTION:The Oil Region Library Association will host an Amateur Photography Contest fundraiser. Submissions can be dropped off at the Franklin Public Library from November 2 through November 14. \n\nThe theme is "Enjoying Life". Open to two age groups: 7 to 16\, $3 to enter\; 17+\, $5 to enter. Prizes for the 16 and under category is a goody basket\, 17+ will win a dinner for two at Bella Cucina. The winners will be announced December 2\, 2020.
