CITY OF FRANKLIN

Franklin is located in Venango County at the confluence of French Creek and the Allgheny River. The city has a total area of 4.7 square miles (12.2 km²), of which 4.6 square miles (12.0 km²) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.2 km²) (1.70%) is water.
