Search Inside Yourself

Designed and tested at Google, the SIY program teaches mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills that lead to sustained peak performance, strong collaboration and effective leadership. -paced economy, we are expected to accomplish more in less time. As a result, the workplace can become a stressful environment. SIY provides practical workplace applications to support participants in greater self-awareness and enhanced ability to respond to stress and challenge more deliberately.

This hands-on workshop will provide the following practical take-away skills:
