Polk Center Closing Public Hearing

Held by the PA Department of Human Services for comments about the closure from stakeholders, officials, and the community.

Those who wish to comment must register to do so by calling 814.432.0213 or by emailing RA-PWRAStateCenters@pa.gov.

Meanwhile, family informational meetings will be held at Polk Center from 10 AM-1 PM on September 24, October 22, December 10, January 21 and February 18 to details the ongoing transition process.
