Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce
Many organizations report problems managing and effectively retaining a diverse multigenerational team. They also often report that the problem is created by generational differences. It is important to consider generational diversity as a symptom of the problem, not the cause. The root cause is likely related to communication, leadership and organizational culture. This workshop will position you and your organization to:
- Bridge the generational communication gaps
- Become role models for multigenerational team success
- Learn building blocks for an atmosphere of credibility, trust, and respect
- Strategically build positive actions that will save time, efforts, and resources
- Ignite workplace efforts by creating a desirable, diverse, and strategic approach for generational neutrality
Attendees will receive a copy of the speaker’s book, Forgotten Respect, Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce as well as a workbook that includes many assessments and activities associated with the presentation.
