Titanic Dinner

The Commons will host a 100th Anniversary Titanic Dinner at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 14, where diners will enjoy the same cuisine served on the Titanic's fateful voyage. There will be a six course meal, champagne toast. Cocktail attire required. $30 per person, plus gratuity and beverages. Reservations can be made by calling (814) 437-7771.

1ST COURSE: Wild mushroom consommé, toasted barley, burnoose vegetables
2ND COURSE: Smoked salmon mousseline on cucumber, crème fraiche and chive
3RD COURSE: Roast sirloin, chateau potatoes, demi glace
4TH COURSE: Romaine wedge, anchovies, crouton, Caesar dressing
5TH COURSE: Roast duckling, apple marmalade, glazed carrots
6TH COURSE: Coconut rice pudding, mango and raspberries, fresh mint
