(communityevent) Y-Not Tune Up Race Start: 9:00 am Franklin/Grove City Y-Not Tune Up Race, Run/Walk 5K, April 28, at Lake Wilhelm Bike Trail Registration, 9 a.m., race starts at 10 a.m. Awards will be 1st – 3rd Overall runners and walkers. 1st overall master runners, 1st – 3rd medals for age groups. A new division has been added for Parent/child and also Family. Kid’s Fun Run and Kid’s obstacle Course. Early Registration is a must for a T-shirt after April 16. Cost for Early Registration: (communityevent) VARHA Treasure Sale Start: 9:00 am VARHA will hold its 8th annual Treasure Sale on Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. New this year is a two-day "Pickers' Sale" on Monday, April 30 from noon to 6 p.m. and Tuesday, May 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All items will be 50% off during the special sale days. (communityevent) Walk MS - Oil Region Start: 1:00 pm Oil Region MS Walk, Bandstand Park, Downtown Franklin. This event is held to raise awareness and funding to fight Multiple Sclerosis. Registration is at 1 p.m. The walk begins at 1:30. (communityevent) Stress and Anxiety Workshop Start: 3:00 pm Join Restoration Herbs on April 28, for a workshop on Stress and Anxiety hosted by Leslie from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. We serve light refreshments at all our workshops and as a reminder: anyone who has ordered plants from us is entitled to $5 off any workshop. (communityevent) Rotary Rifle Raffle Start: 4:00 pm The Franklin Rotary Club's annual Rifle Raffle will be held Saturday, April 28, from 4-7 p.m. at the Franklin Elks Club. (communityevent) Comedy Night at The Allegheny Grille Start: 6:00 pm The Allegheny Grille will host comedians Trina Hess, Sally Chopping and Evan Dewitt for an evening of comedy on April 28.
