(chamberevent) Legislative Affairs Breakfast Start: 7:30 am The Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce will host a Legislative Affairs Breakfast on Friday, April 20, featuring Scott Hutchinson, R. Lee James, Thomas Myers and Randall Smith. Hutchinson is running unopposed for the Pennsylvania State Senate seat that will be vacated by State Sen. Mary Jo White. James, Myers and Smith are the candidates for Hutchinson’s 64th District State Representative seat.
