Venango Fatherhood Initiative and Two Mile Run County Park are hosting a Family Winterfest featuring sled riding, a cardboard box derby race, snowman building contest, snacks, door prizes and a bonfire starting at 11:30 a.m. Bring the family and join in the fun. Make up day (in case of no snow) is February 4. The event is free and open to the public, but reservations must be made to participate in the race and snowman contest by calling (814)676-9940 ext. 12.
